It would be a damn shame if it wasn't available over here. Moore is godlike and this does look interesting. I got the first couple of issues when he tried releasing it. I've been waiting to get the rest for years.
Have you tried importing from america? Just ordering it direct from Top shelf? Granted there might be problems if customs opened the box... You can just imagine the scene. A fabulous first date with a girl, dinner, dancing. She's so impressed that you go back to your flat, starts with kissing and just as things are heating up there is a knock at the door.
