Well, it looks like spintrian has finally moved in. Yay! Cue fun and games...

Things that have broken in the house in the last few weeks:

3 taps (kitchen and bathroom)
One sink unit (kitchen pipes; flooding)
the lawnmower (when I was halfway through doing the back garden, natch)
upstairs toilet cistern
vacuum cleaner (more of an ongoing slow death, drama queen)
lousy tv reception
my bank account
my get up and go (gone; no Dear John letter)

Some of these have now been fixed.

Heading off to town the wretched, refuse-strewn, idiot-thronged high street now to put up more adverts. Battle armour may be required.
