buddleia. Saturday was marred slightly by lots of people being crap and avoiding Pride for various reasons. I am happy to march at Pride to support all my gay and lesbian friends, to show my support and solidarity, to help you stand up for your rights, and all the rest of it. But not when none of you turn up, you lazy fuckers!!
Pride itself... well, that was my first London Pride. It was ok. At the risk of another punch on the shoulder frombuddleia and her Evil Landlady, Brighton Pride is much better, both for the quality and number of floats, and for the crowd support and general gaity. There, I've said it.
Saturday night, caught some of the Live8 gig on tv. Then drinks in the Trash Palace.
Sore throat on Sunday, and a random BBQ somewhere in Streatham.
Monday was wandering around the house with a glazed expression, THINKING HARD.
This week, I shall be trying to sort myself out. I think it's about time I started working again.
