There's been another incident... reports of (very very minor) explosions at three underground stations (Oval, Warren St, and Shepherd's Bush) and on a 26 bus at Hackney. Unconfirmed reports of one injury at Warren St, but apparently these were minor incidents. Still news coming in... at Warren St and the bus at Hackney, the 'explosions' were said to be so minor that they only burst open the rucksacks containing them. So no suicide bombers, and no explosives. The BBC are saying these might be detonator caps without any explosive content, or possibly nail bombs that failed to go off properly.

Travel is of course disrupted, but I just wanted to reassure those who might have heard something happened but have no idea how bad it is. It doesn't sound that bad at this stage, just panic and disruption. Although having said that, University College Hospital (just outside Warren St) has apparently been cordoned off. And of course police are hunting those responsible.

Of course, as [livejournal.com profile] spintrian pointed out, even minor incidents like these appear to be are all that's needed to spread fear and anxiety among Londoners.

"If you're tired of London", indeed... More news as it comes in. (Or, you know, you could just check the Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/)
