As poorbuddleia can attest I did something extraordinarily wrong to my back/shoulder last night (which, for me, the SnapCracklePop Man of your nightmares, is saying something) which was painful and discomforting and led to an awful night's slumber. Mercifully it has now repaired itself, but I'm still on the lookout for an artificial spine or perhaps a network of stiff fibreglass cables and an exodermal carapace.
This week I am mostly broke so keeping my head down and expenditure low. I am a little bored; also a little lonely.
