Should I be concerned when:

The Managing Director walks into the office and announces: "We're closing half an hour early today."
Everyone else: "Why?"
MD: "Because it's too quiet around here. I'm bored. And depressed. And I just want to go home."

This place is *so* going to close down soon.

We are very small, only 20 people. At the beginning of the year, there were 40. No one who left has been replaced. Yeah, they're closing down. Any time now. It's sort of a Christmas incentive.

I am already looking but need to step it up. Maybe I should just run away and join the circus? What do you think, are the circus industry hiring right now? I would be excellent at having knives thrown at me, falling off ropes, and sticking my head in the mouth of a lion. Oh no wait, that's Robin.
