Consumer Warning
Apr. 26th, 2007 05:25 pmOh, before I forget - UK people? I hate TalkTalk Broadband. Absolutely by far the worst customer services team I've ever had the misfortune of yelling at. My broadband has been down since the middle of March... it's taken them 16 days to cancel the account... it should've all been finished today. But has it? HA!
But the worst part is? I've just caught myself HUMMING their ON HOLD MUSIC!
Shoot me now.
It'll still take another week or two before I'm back online full-time at home... LJ, I know you feel my pain.
