(and for the record? my day started with two people not turning up for the interviews. Unfortunately, they were on the interview panel. Oh for goodness sakes people... if I can drag myself down here at stupid o'clo - um, well, in the morning anyway ;) - then you bloody well can. Grr. Arg.)
