Hello. I am alive. I have been operated on (with frickin' LASERS!) and my nose is all mooshed into weird shapes. I'm not sure if the new Nasal Caverns will turn out to be an improvement... at the moment I am still all bunged up and slimy and still can't breathe! But I'll give it a week to heal and then we'll see.

It *feels* different though. Like there's a lot less flesh there. Odd.

In the meantime I have a week of being stuck in Bahrain, bored and snotty and bored a bit more. Did I mention bored? Oh yeah...

In other news... there is no other news. I'm in Hell Bahrain. Nothing ever  happens here.

*cue apocalypse*

ETA: Oh, duh... I forgot to mention, it didn't hurt at all. Not even right after the (15 min) procedure. For the win!

(And the beard's doing fine, thanks for asking. Look! He's waving!)

Yay for success!

My brother shared his latest obsession with us this weekend: a DVD called Planet Earth. In it, it actually featured some footage from Bahrain. Some weird birds doing weird things. Of course now I have an image in my head of Bahrain being filled with birds, camels and i_kenders.
