i_kenderLast time we had a "Development Day" we had an inspiring American motivational speaker flown in especially to talk to us.
I wanted to stab his eyes out with my thumbs.
He made us all sing and clap along to a music video starring The Hair Bear Bunch, a little-know Hanna Barbara cartoon from the early 80's... when they'd run out of good ideas (and animators) and were clearly slumming it and riding their past success.
I will never forget those 20 mins of my life.

Luckily this time there have been no singalongs so far.
Pray for me.
