Help me internets peeples

Hi all - for mysterious reasons, I am currently suffering from an upset stomach, heartburn and nausea. I know the cause but I was wondering - anyone know any good ways of dealing with sick-to-the-stomach nausea? It's most unpleasant.

I feel horribly bilious and like I'm about to throw up.

Things I have tried already: 

Motillium (anti-nausea pills)
Gaviscon liquid

I find sipping green tea very settling for my stomach. Your mileage may vary however.

Taking the day off work to relax and lie around quietly (perhaps sipping green tea) would be very soothing to my stomach (and indeed my general health). Most unfortunately not an option right now!

(Ps. Shooting Zombies in the head is also a good cure for many ailments, I find... I highly recommend the game Left 4 Dead to you, although it's best played with 2 or more players)

Can you stand the idea of putting any food in your stomach? Sometimes just giving the acids something to work on can be helpful. The downside being if it doesn't help, it can sometimes make it so much worse.

(Yeah, I saw reviews of it, it looks pretty good. But I'm not sure it even has a single player mode does it?)

(Unfortunately I don't have the right kit to put my 360 online.)

It does have a single-player mode, yes. More fun in two-player though, and you can play it offline in 2-player.

Ah, two player splitscreen. By far my favourite.

My next purchase is going to be Fallout 3 though. :)

This is good, I will try something. Probably not all of them at once. That would probably be bad.

Peppermint tea seems to be doing the trick. I still don't feel great, but at least I am looking the right colour (and not green or grey or pale cream).

I drink lots of salt water and indeed throw up. The only way to feel better.

Slightly overcooked toast that's a bit charcoaly round the edges.

Nice idea - but we're not allowed toasters at work. Blue meanies in Facilities say it's a fire hazard. Might try it at home though.

I see that green tea has been recommended. I actually find that mint tea works very well for me -- better than green.
