Somehow the people at Opentopia have discovered thousands of webcam feeds from around the world. Some are intended to be webcast, some are accidentally open to the public. Opentopia gathers them all in one place here.
Which I think is brilliant and is exactly the kind of thing that can hook my attention for hours if I'm bored. No, nothing salacious... no private feeds from someone's bedroom! They're mostly corporate or public spaces. But where else could I watch penguins feeding at 4am in Japan or tourists strolling around a hotel in Alicante? Go, look. Just don't touch.
