I'd like to give a big wave to President Chavez who is visiting London at the moment.  This is the Venezuelan President who calls the Bush administration "the greatest threat to this planet". Kudos to anyone who calls a knuckle-headed alcoholic momma's boy chuckle monkey a spade.
