I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm not feeling too well. Last night I fell asleep on the sofa, and it was the second night in a row that I was in bed before 10pm.

Apologies if I seem grumpy or out of sorts to anyone in the next few days. It's because I am.

Seeing my GP on Friday.

I'd imagine the heat has a lot to do with it, last night I was so restless I almost went and slept in the garden.

And who knows? Maybe the slugs would have a cooling effect.
