Do not fuck with me before I've had my first cup of coffee.

Do not call me at 8:15 in the morning. Expecially not on my house phone. Especially if you are a debt collection agency calling me in error. You will not get a pleasant response. Particularly if you make me miss my train.

Do not text me at 7 fucking 15 in the morning when I am still in bed and haven't woken up yet. I don't care if you're a so-called friend. Friends do not text me at 7.15 in the morning. Especially if it's not urgent, and just a random query that could have waited. Not if they want to remain friends. And no, the time difference is not a valid excuse. If you have the brain power to work a mobile phone, you can do the math to work out time difference.

Do not fuck with me before I've had my coffee.

Not at all, but then I had always left the house by the time you got up! :-)

I think the fact that we regularly self-medicated each helped take the edge off of everything too...

I'm much calmer now. I swore vociferously at the friend who disturbed me this morning, and somehow that's made it all better.

But woe and betide anyone who disturbs me before my morning java. My wrath is very Old Testament (or B.C. ...before caffeine, of course)
