This is interesting... scientists are researching how humans react and interact with robots so they can design a human-friendly robot.

I like the bit right at the bottom of the article... one scientist has decided that getting rid of Asimov's First Law of Robotics - that would be the one about a robot never harming a human through action or inaction - should be thrown out as it's old-fashioned and too "human-centric"!

You just know that once robots are a bit more useful and used by people there will be robot rights groups. "You can't just order robots around, that's wrong!"

Yes. I'm more disturbed by the idea of robot sex slaves. That will kill the blow-up doll industry.

It would probably destroy most industries on earth as people decide to just stay home. Not that I'd complain.
