Word of the Day
Sep. 7th, 2006 01:32 pmI like the look of this: Darren Aronofsky's new film The Fountain
And I love the word "hirsute" - a great word that needs to get out more.
ETA: There's a tie-in graphic novel as well, I forgot to mention. I've noticed this is starting to happen more frequently... not that you get a graphic novel adaptation of a film (that happens all the time) but that film-makers do a story in parts and one of those parts is the graphic novel. For example, The Fountain graphic novel is a sort of prequel-to and companion-to the film with additional material ... like the extras on a DVD.
