The more observant of you might have noticed I haven't posted in a while. Apologies for this. I'm in a foul fucking mood and feel it would be cruel to share it.

Also, Impending Doom: my mother is showing up on Sunday for a visit. For a week or two. This has been giving me nightmares for weeks. Don't ask. I just have a Bad Feeling about her visit... I think there may be arguments.

Of course, then I would have to explain to my mother what exactly I was doing popping over to France when I've repeatedly complained bitterly to her how broke I am.
