The more observant of you might have noticed I haven't posted in a while. Apologies for this. I'm in a foul fucking mood and feel it would be cruel to share it.

Also, Impending Doom: my mother is showing up on Sunday for a visit. For a week or two. This has been giving me nightmares for weeks. Don't ask. I just have a Bad Feeling about her visit... I think there may be arguments.

Ah family. I feel closer to mine the farther away I live. Thank the deity of your choice for the ~2000 miles between me and my parents. *grateful*

As for your foul mood, well I'm sorry to report that mine has just lifted so I won't be able to commiserate properly.

3164 miles between me and my parents, I just checked. And boy, isn't that just the way I like it!
